【Walther von Stolzing】Tomislav Mužek
Tomislav Mužek was born in Siegen (Germany) of a Croatian family.
During 1999/2000 he was resident artist at the Wiener Staatsoper and during the following season at Theater Bremen till 2002. Since his successful debut at the Bayerische Staatsoper in 2002, he has appeared in houses all over the world, such Mexico City, New National Theatre, Tokyo, Ruhrtriennale, Teatro alla Scala, Staatsoper Hamburg, and Bayreuther Festspiele, His repertory includes wide range from Händel ‘s Saul over Mozart and Italian Operas such as Rossini ,Verdi and Puccini till Wagner.
Among his recent and future engagements: La Traviata in Hamburg, La Bohème and Der fliegende Holländer in Münich, Salome in Madrid, L’Elisir d'amore in Turin, Hamburg and on tour in China, Lohengrin in Sao Paulo, Die Zauberflöte, Don Giovanni, Der Freischutz, Don Carlos, Eugene Onegin, La bohème, Der fliegende Holländer, Fidelio in Dresden, Concerts with La Filarmonica Orchestra at Teatro alla Scala, Das Lied von der Erde in Amsterdam.
